What is ppzq.net?

ppzq.net is a small network providing various web-services to our users.
Currently hosted sites are Kaz-Locus, and user pages for wolfoz, and ppzq
Support for IRC is being slowly added, and should be made available soon.

The overhaul of the site is now considered complete, although there is more
work that will be on-going in the background. The main page has recieved
a new look, one which hopefully conveyes more information than the old one
which just had some dancing penguins - apparently those guys never get tired...
