Feats Revisions

Proficiencies for weapons and armor are changed. Armor is racially dependant, and lists what proficiency is needed.
Terran Infantry light, med, heavy. Terran Battle Shield.
Protoss Infantry light, med, heavy. Protoss Personal Psi Shield.
Small Arms (pistols)
Long Arms (most two-handed guns)
Heavy Weapons (rocket launchers, two-handed weapons not wielded like a rifle)
Psi Weapons

Combat Casting now applies to any consequent concentration check (except scopes), not magic.
Expertise can now apply to small arms within 30ft, medbeams and perdition flamethrowers.
Leadership now has prereq. level 2+ instead of 6+, has no minion rules, and slightly different leadership modifier rules.
Mounted Combat feat tree now called Vehicle Combat, Turret Weaponry, Cow Catching, Drive-by Attack. Vehicle Combat now adds a +2 to pilot checks for maneuvers.
Rapid Shot and Shot on the Run no longer have a Dex prereq.

The following feats have been removed:
Whirlwind Attack, Improved Unarmed Strike, Spirited Charge, Power Attack tree, Run, Spell Focus and other metamagic feats, item creation feats, special feats.

New Feats

Psionic Aptitude
: A character who takes this feat is considered psi+ for all game rules. Many other feats and skills require a psi+ characteristic. Some playable races naturally have this feat as a feature.
Superior Strike: prereqs. Str 13+, BAB 2+. Provokes attacks of opportunity. Subtract a number from BAB and the same number from AC to add the total to damage. The number you choose cannot exceed BAB.
Zealous Assault: prereqs. Superior Strike. When you fell a target, deal half again as much damage to adjacent targets.
Improved Superior Strike
: prereqs. Superior Strike. Your strike no longer provokes attacks of opportunity.
Dragon Fists
: prereqs. Improved Superior Strike, Zealous Assault. When you fell a target, you may immediately make an attack against an adjacent target at the same attack bonus.
Envision Target
: prereq. Psionic Aptitude, BAB 4+. When shooting at an opponent in 3/4 cover or less, you may ignore their cover bonus to AC.
Hotwire: prereq. Int 13+, at least one Engineering skill. You are proficient at making devices you have studied work using fewer or simpler tools than ordinary. When attempting an Engineering role without having the tools normally required (say, the entirety of your lab), you may ignore the cumulative penalty this would normally impart. There will be times when you simply don't have what is needed.
Star Monkey: prereq. At least one rank in Zero-G Movement skill. You may add +4 to any Zero-G Movement roll as a misc. bonus.
Willing Residue: prereq. Psionic Aptitude, Psi Weapon Proficiency, Dex 13+, BAB 6+. Declare on attack with a psi weapon. A damaged foe makes a fortitude saving throw (DC 10 + 1/2 your level rounded down + Cha mod.) against stun for one round. Stunned characters can't act, lose Dex bonus to AC, and attackers gain +2 circumstance attack and damage against. May manifest this psionic power once per day per four character levels. Used no more than once per round.
Combat Command: prereq. Leadership. You are adept at directing a unit waging battle. You may change the behavior orders for any unit under your command as a free action, even out of turn. Ranged attackers under your command recieve a +1 Morale bonus to attack and damage.
Reveal Anchor: prereq. Psi+. Once per day, you may automatically succeed at a Starmanship roll.
Fuel Efficiency: prereq. Pilot (2 ranks). You know how to extend the use of a fuel supply for a craft you have chosen. That craft's listed range is multiplied by 1.5 for game rules.
Drop Smart: prereq. Con 13+. When entering combat from a dropship, you suffer no initiative penalty. (Normal -6).
Reckless Attack: prereq. BAB 6+, Dex 13+, Mobility. You are known to sacrifice defensive positioning to achieve great offensive advantage. Declare use up to once per round along with an attack action other than Skirmish. You take anywhere from -2 to -6 to your AC and add that much to your AB for that attack, and add that much to damage if within 30ft.
Can't Fool Me: prereq. Wis 13+. If a unit you were observing becomes burrowed or cloaked, you may maintain an idea of where they are up to a number of rounds equal to your wisdom bonus. For these rounds, that unit is considered uncloaked to you. Declared like a Dodge buddy.
Bunker Down: prereq. None. A character with this feat who scopes a target while prone gets a +4 circumstance bonus to the concentration check.
Tassadarian Psionics: prereq. At least one rank in Profession: Templar. The templar with this feat may substitute warp for any damage type for his evocations.
