09 June 4706 - Old Yeller

You have maybe not seen the movie. Perhaps you have read The Grapes of Wrath? I feel like I have spent the last three hours killing Old Yeller.
I want to just sit and cry at the tragedy, but I know I don't have it in me. Also I know that I am a warrior, and I'll have to be ready for when the fight comes.
I think there is no warrior who ever was who does not keep with him a sadness at the need to fight.
I also know that I do not deserve this, but I'm getting it anyway. I have come to take this for granted over the years.
